Amazing All Over Fitness

What makes Amy's workouts stand out above the rest is her ability to prescribe up to date strength and conditioning training and Taylor it to her clients ability's. I am very well conditioned, my girlfriend had never participated in group training before and was petrified right up until the workout began. Amy trained us side by side, I got the a great workout and my girlfriend left feeling great and was looking forward to her next session. Being a podiatrist involved in sports training and conditioning, it was great to see Amy's class follow the recommended guidelines for warm up and warm down and she took her time to explain correct technique throughout.
